Payment Policy

We offer cash on delivery for all products that are in stock, allowing you to inspect your items upon delivery. If the product is unsatisfactory, damaged, or not functioning, you can refuse the delivery. This way, you can avoid the hassle of refunds. For all products available on back-order, we require a 70% deposit to facilitate the ordering of the product.

Exchange or Return of Goods

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To keep our prices low, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returns, which helps cover shipping costs and maintain our competitive pricing.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@techdepot.africa. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food and flowers), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For the quickest way to get what you want, return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return to inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

To keep our prices affordable, the 30-day return policy applies only to devices (phones, headphones, computers, etc.). Added accessories, bundles, or premium shipping are nonrefundable.
